Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products subject to the following conditions:
Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed.
Return Method
All returns must be completed in-store at our physical location.
No return shipping or restocking fees apply.

Return Process
Visit Our Store
Bring the item and proof of purchase to our physical store to initiate your return.Inspection

Once verified, your return will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping and delivery charges (if any at time of purchase) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return process and select a replacement product in-store.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Please visit our store within 48 hours of receipt with the product and proof of purchase.
We will inspect the item and provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
